Don't you just hate you find a recipe that sounds delicious, but the ingredients are not only things you don't have, but things you know your local supermarket wont even have! I try to keep all the recipes as accessible as possible for everyone.

STARTED GROWING DURING THE 2020 LOCKDOWNS

IF I CAN GROW THESE THINGS IN IRELAND, THEN MOST OF YOU CAN TOO!

It all started April 2020 out of boredom with some seeds from some store bought chillies - I'm not even certain what they were, possibly Jalapeños! That then led to a Summer of Kale, Carrots, Beetroot and few types of lettuce. Started planning for 2021 already!
