Can I still eat out at restaurants?

Of course! Firstly there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan restaurants, and most restaurants - even heavily meat ones - usually have at least one vegan option, and a lot of the time they put real effort in creating something. Of course some cuisines like Indian have the most options, and many others like Mexican have so many parts you can just drop the meat/cheese, who doesn't love a burrito!
