This is enough for one serving, and is a great lunch or dinner. Add some sides like avocado, carrots, toast. I’d usually have celery sticks too but all out.
Who doesn't like hummus? Idiots.
- 1 can Chick peas
- 1/3 Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Fresh chilli
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Top with some olive oil and chilli flakes
- Add the lemon juice and tahini to blender and blend until mixed well
- Add the chick peas (drained), garlic, olive oil, chilli and blend to your desired consistency
- Add some water if it looks too dry or not the right consistency
- That easy!
