Who doesn't like hummus? Idiots.

  • Blender


  • 1 can Chick peas
  • 1/3 Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Fresh chilli
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Top with some olive oil and chilli flakes


    • Add the lemon juice and tahini to blender and blend until mixed well
    • Add the chick peas (drained), garlic, olive oil, chilli and blend to your desired consistency
    • Add some water if it looks too dry or not the right consistency
    • That easy!
